Satron VOM Optical Sensor

The Satron VOM optical sensor works according the backscattering principle with the use of LED technology.

The Hygienic approved sensor receive the scattered light back from the process media. This makes the Satron VO ideal for measuring white water applications in the dairy industry. In example, measuring during the start and the end of CIP cycles will give real-time information on the amount of milk and water currently in the process. This will prevent wasting valuable amounts of water, milk, time, chemicals and of course energy. All with the use of 1 sensor.

Satron VOF Optical Sensor

The Satron VOF sensor works according the absorption principle with the use of LED technology. This sensor is removable from the process with the use of a 1” ball valve for easy relocation or maintenance.

This makes the SATRON VOF sensor ideal for waste outlets, effluent monitoring and color monitoring.

Satron VOD Optical Sensor

The Satron VOD optical sensor works according the absorption principle with the use of LED technology. The Hygienic approved sensor emits 365, 540, 640 or 880nm LED light. And the measured absorption is in direct correlation with the clearness of the process. This makes the Satron VOD ideal for measuring in example the outlet of Reverse Osmosis, Condensate retrieval or Ultra Filtration processes.
